Cal Maritime or CSU Maritime is the shorthand for the Vallejo, California campus of the California State University, Maritime Academy. In the California State University System, it is one of the 23 campuses. Keep in mind that Cal Maritime is the only school on the West Coast of the United States that provides instruction in maritime-related subjects. When it was founded in 1929 as California Nautical School, it changed its name to what it is known as now only a few years ago. Six bachelor's degrees and a master's degree in nautical studies are available at the university. Total enrollment at the university is 902, with many of them being international.

  • Campus Life – The main campus of CSU, Maritime, sprawls across 90 acres of land and has an urban setting. The campus is tucked into Morrow Cove and provides the students with everything they need for their social, personal, and professional growth. Thus, it is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities such as high-tech classrooms, laboratories, study halls, lounge areas, eateries, stores, etc.
