For students up to 19 years attending a college, the student visa application shall be directly processed by the Singapore Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA). - Select the e-form 16 and fill in the details. It will include the passport, contact, and residential details of the applicant in Singapore.
- Submit the Singapore student visa application form after the declaration, along with a recent passport-sized color photograph.
