Rohan, your TOEFL and GRE scores are good, and even though you don't have any work experience, you have one Research Paper published, so that should elevate your chances of getting into some good Universities.

I would say, you should check out some of these:

I) Ambitious
i. University of Minnesota, Twin Cities

iii. NEU, Boston

II) Moderate/Target
i. University of Oklahoma
ii. University of New Hampshire
iii. University of Missouri, Columbia

III) Safe
i. Indiana University- Purdue University Indianapolis
ii. Montana State University at Bozeman
iii. The University of Toledo

See, your admit in University will depend on how strong your overall profile is, and that won't include just scores, but also the strengh of your SOP, your LORs and your resume in general.
