Question

I paid 37,000.Yocket anay,his name is anay told me that yocket would be helping with me everything.He made me pay money by false promising.I got on a call with my counsellor and she clearly explained that yocket would not even be uploading documents in my application and I need to do all the work.Yocket is pretty useless.I asked them for a refund and they are not giving.Its my parents hard earned money.I didnt even avail a single service from yocket and they are not giving my money back.I wabt to file a case against yocket.What am I supposed to do to get full refund now

Yocket is one of the shittiest consultation apps but is good in terms of univ forums...

You can contact customer care for this issue and if they don't resolve it... Visit consumer forum... Btw, do you have a recording with you? Or the mobile number of sales person?

Bro in my opinion yocket is a best app to link with same university students.. to clear doubts and to find new friends before going to our esteemed University. I don't know about the consultancy part of yocket but it is a very good app to link the university students... In my opinion it is too good only for clearing doubts and adding friends.. no need to pay any money...

Yes I had been misled by the Yocket sales person as well. Her name was Chaitalee. She had made a lot of false promises to me. She even went to the extent to tell me that Yocket would do my WES! Like tf? But I had no idea about this and I took their premium subscription like a fool. I didn't approach a consumer forum then because I thought I could use the little help they were providing and I didn't know who else to approach. But if you want the refund you should contact their customer care number (DO NOT contact the sales person, they'll only try to manipulate you!!). But by any means, i don't think they're going to refund anything since you must've signed an agreement document. But you could approach a consumer forum.

Yeah, their online reviews are pretty good. Though service is below par. Only documentation part was very good, rest you have to do it by yourself. These counselors doesn't seems to have any experience regarding Ireland, their shortlisting was awful. I don't know how it went with other students who are applying to any other countries, but if you have a decent profile I would suggest you to apply top 5 universities in Ireland, and dont settle for safer options.

Yes SOP, LORs and resume are really important, at least try to get them done from the respective team.

There are other aspect of different consultancies which are quite helpful. And they provide free services as well. Although i wont suggest them for SOPs and LORs but they are very proactive with your profile. Here on Yocket, counselors seems to be busy all the time, you have to approach them countless number of times and after a while the conversation broke down, and then they dont reply. On weekends they are unreachable. The thing is this shortlisting and applying process is quite straightforwaed ones documents(SOP, LORs) are ready. But they drag this process a bit much and its very frustrating.

For someone who is willing to apply as early as possible, yocket is simply horrible. They dont even know which university allow conditional offers and which not. Such info should be on top of your tongue if you are working as a consultant. Only documentation part I personally found useful here.

Their support team is just like a wall, if you throw a ball at it, it will eventually bounce back to you. I raised many complaints regarding the process and counselors and what they do is just follow their protocol, simply stall. They dont have any solutions for you problems, which adds up to your frustration. And then they will reply 'sorry for causing you such frustration. Amazing!

Overall I wouldn't rate high to this service, and yocket premium is just a waste of time, money and energy.

any other consultancy also not worked for you ..you can your work they suggested and they gives some good eligible colleges,yocket is one of the best so far,they support at loan time,visa time..if you can go with partner Universities then they will do the work👍
