Is SOP and LOR required for CSULB and CSUEB for MS in CS

I created an account on Cal State Apply and filled out all the necessary parts. But I am not able to find the section for uploading SOP and adding recommenders for LORs, which is usually under the 'Program Materials' section. So is SOP and LOR required for CSULB and CSUEB for MS in CS or not ? P.S. I wasn't able to find anything helpful from their website as well.

CSUs don't require LOR and SOP.

I get it, but how do I submit them ? As my question states, I am not able to find the section for uploading my SOP and adding recommenders on Cal State Apply. Do I email them or anything ? How does it work ?

It's better to still submit the SOP and LOR as all the other applications will be submitting
