How do we classify tier 1 ,tier 2 and tier 3 universities? Is it difficult to get a visa if we get a

How do we classify tier 1 ,tier 2 and tier 3 universities? Is it difficult to get a visa if we get an admit from a tier 3 university?
And finally I read somewhere on the internet that most tier 1 universities have deadlines in December,tier 2 in Jan and tier 3 April onwards, is this true?
Any help would be deeply appreciated.

How good is Stevens Institute of Technology?

I got an admission in MS in Data Science in Stevens for this fall 2022. I am very confused whether to accept it or not.

I'm unable to report my GRE score card as it's showing the scores aren't available. I tried reaching the Office of Test Integrity but unfortunately I haven't received any mail from them. Is anyone facing similar issue?
