• If you paid with a Visa card or e-check, you'll get a full refund to the same account. 

• Refunds take eight weeks if you pay by personal check.

• All refunds are in US dollars and include taxes. 

• If ETS cancels the test after the exam date and you've already paid for travel, you can claim reasonable travel costs within a month of the original test date. Cash refunds aren't given.
