- Official transcripts: You will need to submit official transcripts from all of the high schools and colleges you have attended.
- Test scores: If you have taken the SAT or ACT, you will need to submit your scores.
- Letters of recommendation: You will need to submit two letters of recommendation from teachers or other professionals who can speak to your academic abilities and character.
- Personal statement: The personal statement is an essay that allows you to share your story and why you want to attend UIC.
- Fee waiver: If you are unable to afford the application fee, you can request a fee waiver.

- TOEFL or IELTS scores: If you are an international applicant, you will need to submit TOEFL or IELTS scores.
- Financial aid documents: If you are applying for financial aid, you will need to submit financial aid documents.
