Transportation in the city

The NATIONAL COLLEGE OF IRELAND is located in the heart of the city center of Dublin. There are over 70 bus routes across Dublin that are close to the college campus. All trains travel into Connolly Station or Heuston Station -both based in the city center.

Student life

  • Campus Life – Campus life at the National College of Ireland is something students need to experience firsthand. With the advanced unveiling equipped classrooms, labs, lecture halls, and library, learning and concentrating are not an issue. The recreation room, café and restaurant, clubs and societies, and the beautiful atmosphere within the heart of Dublin make the institute stand apart. 
  • Student Life – There is a recreation room, café, and restaurant, and several clubs and societies for students to join in and participate in and various types of activities are also hosted. 
  • Sports – There are ample participative sports and recreation programs that cut it out in partnership with the students' union. There are ample opportunities for students to take up various sports and games. Additionally, there is a fully equipped gym.

On campus accomodation

There are principally three types of accommodation available in Dublin.

  •  Student accommodation at the point campus, which is just a 5-minute walk from NCI, offers shared or studio apartments. Every room has an en-suite, storage area, fitted desk, built-in wardrobe, and double bed. There is a kitchen as well.
  • There are private rentals near the NCI as well.
  • Homestays are also an option that students can choose.

You can expect the cost of accommodation to be around EUR 220 (INR 17,998).

With a student base of about 5000 and administrative staff of around 350, NCI also has several faculty and professors who are well qualified and motivated to impart education to the moderately-sized class of students.
