SCU Need-based Grant are funded by the University along with donor-funded scholarships and the Santa Clara Fund. It is awarded to first-year undergraduate student by Enrollment Management.

Requirements:

• Full demonstrated need
• Renewable for 12 consecutive academic quarters
• Must meet satisfactory academic progress
• Not indexed to tuition increases
• Full-time enrollment and any other renewal criteria
• Coordinated with federal, state and other University aid
• Recipients selected at time of admission
• Courses will count towards fulfilling degree requirements
• If degree requirements have been fulfilled, adjustments will be made to award

How To Apply:

CSS/Financial Aid PROFILE required at initial time of awarding

• Early Decision 1 : To be considered for this scholarship you need to apply before Nov 1 and submit the CSS Profile before Nov 15.
• Early Action: To be considered for this scholarship you need to apply before Nov 1 and submit the CSS Profile before Nov 15.
• Early Decision 2: To be considered for this scholarship you need to apply before Jan 7 and submit the CSS Profile before Jan 15.
• Regular Decision: To be considered for this scholarship you need to apply before Jan 7 and submit the CSS Profile before Feb 1.
