President’s Admission Scholarships are offered to students admitted to the University of Calgary directly from high school on the basis of their high school grades and who are entering the first year of an undergraduate degree program in the Fall Term.Entering students with an admission average of 95 per cent or higher are eligible to receive a President’s Admission Scholarship valued at $5,000 (non-renewable).

Scholarship Requirements:

  • Admission average of 95.00% or higher calculated by the Undergraduate Admissions Office.
  • Offered annually to undergraduate students in any faculty entering first year directly from high school.
  • Students entering the International Foundations Program (IFP), formerly English for Academic Purposes (EAP), are not eligible for these scholarships, and will be considered for awards prior to entering the fall term of the first year of an undergraduate degree program.
