About:

Need-based financial aid for international students is limited and extremely competitive. Awards are given to students who show outstanding academic, extracurricular, and personal achievement. We typically only offer financial aid to two to five international students each year. Therefore, international students who are able to meet our costs should not apply for (or expect) any need-based financial aid. 

Scholarship Requirements:

1. Full demonstrated need
2. Required Documents for CSS Profile.
3. Financial aid documents are required.

Oxy's need-based financial aid grant is based on the following three components:

• Student's academic year budget (cost of attendance)
• Student and family resources (expected family contribution)
• Student's financial aid eligibility (need)
