Hey Guys, want to know your opinion on which should be my targeted and safe universities considering my profile for MS in CSE

PS- Hve not appeared for GRE so would like to know my options among colleges which have waived it off.

Bachelors- Information Technology
CGPA- 8.36
WEX- 12 Months(at the time of admit)
IELTS- 6.5/10

I'm hoping for Northeastern University, but unable to classify if it should be in targetted

You have a great profile. But as the number of applications for every intake is significantly increasing, it is advisable to add one more edge to your profile with your GRE score.

I have shortlisted some of the universities for you (considering NO GRE) for MS in Computer Science categorized into three sections ( Ambitious, Target, and Safe Universities)

Ambitious: 
1) University of Maryland, Baltimore County
2) Missouri University of Science and Technology
3) Illinois Institute of Technology
4) University of Illinois at Chicago

Northeastern University as you asked would be considered under Ambitious Universities itself.

Target: 
1. University of Cincinnati
2. University of South Carolina
3 University of Connecticut
4. University of South Florida

Safe: 
1. Southern Illinois University, Carbondale
2. University of Colorado at Denver
3. San Francisco State University
4. University of Massachusetts Lowell

Northeastern and USC are not considering Gre for spring intake. You can try them as target and ambitions unis respectively
