Hi, my friend got a 5.5 band in IELTS and did not take the GRE. But he has 8.5 years of experience in software engineering. Which are the best universities he can get admission to for Spring 2025?

Well he can get admit into top universities if he have good UG CGPA.... anyway, he'll probably be end up in enrolling the english proficiency requirements whichever University he goes.. because the minimum IELTS score for a moderate University is 6.5.
