MSDS spring intake decision, should I choose UB suny or Stony brook university?

I got my admit from UB suny for Masters in Engineering science - data science, with the scholarship amount of $4,000.

Similarly,  got my admit from stony brook university for Masters in Data Science. Keeping in mind no scholarship is offered.

Now confused between the two options.
Which university should I select? Keeping all the factors in mind what would you suggest?

Thanks in advance!
