Thanks a bunch. I also have seen such term like if I apply there in that case it'll be atutomatically considered as an application for fund. But I wanted to be sure if my profile is eligible to get accepted.😟

Iirc you are automatically considered for the international fee waiver but this is mostly for PhD applicants. Besides that no. You can coop however or be a TA to earn some money that way.
