Is NIOS board valid to study MBBS abroad?

Hi, do the foreign medical schools recognise the NIOS certificate if one wants to study the MBBS program? If anyone has an idea about the same, and what are the requirements to study MBBS abroad with NIOS school certificate, please share insights.
