Is it mandatory to select department for the universities while applying for TOEFL scores?

I've been looking to send my TOEFL scores to UNT, university of Arizona for data science. And, I couldn't find the departments which are offering MS data science for both universities. Please help me in the department selection      #admissions t.

As long as the score is sent to the right university code, that will be enough, you won't face any issues. In case you want to add department code, check the department on the university website for data science at UNT, University of Arizona, and send the score to that department.
