My speaking test is scheduled for Wednesday.

Don't repeat actual words, try phrases and idioms

Here are few pointers I could think of -

1) Don't focus on using fancy words. Keep the vocabulary simple and speak clearly and correctly.
2) As there would be no right or wrong answers to any questions they ask, you should concentrate on expressing your thoughts and ideas fluently.
3) Don't give a single word or one line answers. 
4) The examiner could not be looking at you or could make you feel like they aren't listening but do not get distracted and keep your flow going.
5) When you're given a topic to speak about make sure you answer all the questions asked along with it in the specified time.
