Hi Vishal,
As long as you have a good GRE or GMAT score, and may be 2–3 years of work experience, your undergrad percentage will not matter much. You can write an essay explaining why your undergrad score is not a true reflection of your abilities. However, be careful about your choice of university. There are many universities that want to attract foreign students mainly because they bring in more money as tuition fees than their own local people. So do your research properly and find a reputed university that will add value to your resume when your job hunting.
