Help me Choose between these 2 for MS in CS for Fall 2019 ( I have admits for both)

1. Case Western Reserve University
2. Illinois Institute of Technology ($10000 Scholarship ie. 2500/per sem)

Since Cost of attendance is approx. same and 10000 is not a very big amount compare to that .. If CWRU is worth it ... I will arrange the same...

What matters?
-Job opportunities after course
-Expected and Median Salary
-Learnings and value of degree
-College Reputation and Name
-Faculty reputation
-Cleveland vs Chicago for Indians
- Safety Cleavland vs Chicago

I do know about lot of Indians in Chicago, but is Cleveland unsafe.

Reputation wise CWRU seems good 
What matters most is what you learn from degree to develop your skills. Which depends on course content and flexibility. For internships and jobs, university reputation and your skills matter certainly.
