Guidance required

hello I am engineering student (UG) , I am currently MITACS GRI’22 (research internship in Canada) intern . I will be in my 7th semester this august ,but I have failed in 1 subject(university elective) during my 6th semester. I haven't cleared end semester for that subject , due to my internship dates I won’t be able to give my supplementary examination ,due to this I am very stressed and depressed because I want to apply for MS in canada. I have few questions.

1)can i apply with active fail exam ?

2)or, can i apply with 5 semester transcripts?

profile evaluation: cummulative gpa is around 7.5 have published 3 research papers (2 international conference and 1 international journal scopus-2.29) , I could write a decent sop and I have a LOR from the dean of a reputed canadian university
