Hi all, I am already a Masters degree holder here in India, suppose if I enroll for Masters or PhD in any of the US university, can I get employer sponsorship before completion of my studies (Masters / PhD) ?

If you're employer is willing to support and sponsor also you have to get picked in H1B lottery. There are other channels for visa under PhD for outstanding persons but you should have done exclusive work in your field and published papers. It's called O category visa. See more

Hi, It doesn't work that way. Your full-time opportunities depend on your ability to crack interviews. It doesn't matter which program you enroll in. H1b is a random draw - totally luck based. See more
