DS -160 Error

I've encountered a significant issue with my visa application process. While completing my DS-160 form, I misunderstood a question regarding funding for my trip, mistakenly indicating "self" instead of specifying that I'll be using an educational loan.

Realizing this after paying the visa appointment fee has left me concerned about the impact on my application.

Could you please advise on correcting this error? Do I need to submit a new DS-160 form? Also, I'm unsure if I'll need to repay the appointment fee.
