Doubt in Application Process

I’m willing to persue my masters in USA for the spring 2023 intake in MSIS (or) MSMIS. I’m a 2022 Btech passed out graduate from EEE. I’ve the original mark memos of 1-6 sems and also the 8th sem. I’ve writte a backlog exam in the 7th semester and the result will be out by the Month end of August.
Now my question is, Can i apply for the universities with 1-6 sems marks memos and, soon after the results are out i will be uploading the 7 and 8th semester marks too.
Will this be possible ?
