Country accepting low CGPA and 30+ backlogs for MBA/Masters

Hi all,

Which country should I try for:

1. 32 backlog in Bachelors
2. 3 years study GAP
3. 49% in Graduation ( 3 out of 7 CGPA)
4. 5 years of work experience

Looking for Masters program in Marketing/Digital Marketing/Management/Business Management
