Can I appear for Germany student Visa interview without provisional degree certificate??

I gave my 8th sem exam and waiting for results, I got Aps certificate with my 7sem cgpa and my clg said provisional degree certificate will take time. I hope I wll get visa slot by june caz i had waitlisted from may 10. I also got course completion certificate and letter which shows bonafide and course start,end date and tentative results and issuance of provisional.
