Hi,
For TOEFL, I would say solve the TOEFL official guide. I would also highly recommend a YouTube channel called 'TST Prep TOEFL'. Go through all the videos there. You will get a lot of useful tips.
For speaking - record yourself and listen. Trust me, this helps a lot.
For writing - make a template and practice timed tests.
For reading - Nothing else but practice. Practice reading from a scientific journal, the New York Times.
For listening - Start with listening to some educational material like a podcast.
