The main on-campus housing option for Cornell Tech students is The House at Cornell Tech. The House is a 26-story, fully-furnished apartment building with a variety of unit types, including studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms. The House also has several shared amenities, such as a rooftop terrace, fitness centre, and laundry facilities.

In addition to The House, Cornell Tech also offers a limited number of apartments in the Roosevelt Island neighbourhood. These apartments are not owned by Cornell Tech, but they are rented out to Cornell Tech students and employees.
