Cornell Tech offers on-campus housing for graduate students, faculty, academics, staff, and other affiliates of Cornell University. The only exception is for Weill Cornell Medicine students and employees, who must apply for housing with Weill Housing.
The main on-campus housing option for Cornell Tech students is The House at Cornell Tech. The House is a 26-story, fully-furnished apartment building with a variety of unit types, including studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms. The House also has several shared amenities, such as a rooftop terrace, fitness centre, and laundry facilities.
In addition to The House, Cornell Tech also offers a limited number of apartments in the Roosevelt Island neighbourhood. These apartments are not owned by Cornell Tech, but they are rented out to Cornell Tech students and employees.
To apply for on-campus housing at Cornell Tech, you must apply through the Cornell Tech Housing Portal. The application deadline is typically in March for the following academic year.
