I totally agree with the high risk high reward part for USA. USA has much larger job market than Germany, but Germany isn't too bad, if you are willing to learn a new language and become fluent in it, then I think you should go for Germany without a thought.

Germany is good too but U.S.A. has high economy so it gives high risk and high reward and moreover German universities are very gpa centric which is not in case of usa

maybe the reasons are that you need to learn German in the first place to survive in the job market and secondly due to high taxes and low income compared to USA.
