Which university is good for MS Data science in terms of job opportunities

Question

1. University of Delaware
2. University of Maryland Baltimore County
3. University of Houston - main campus
4. Northeastern University - Silicon valley

Which one should I go for?
Pls help. I got acceptance from all of the above universities and it's hard to decide. Can u pls share your opinion

Hi! As far as high salaries go, the East and West coasts are the best places to be in. States like Massachusetts, Delaware, California, Washington and Oregon etc. are very highly paying for Data Scientists with some good jobs too!
Now that being said, your Uni should also be good to land a good job.
University of Delaware is ranked #93 in National Universities, but as per EduRank top 100 colleges for Data Science in USA, Delaware doesn't hold any place. (https://yocket.com/universities/university-of-delaware-903 )
Uni of Maryland, Baltimore County is ranked #162 in National Universities, which is decent in the country but it is the third best uni in Maryland, due to which there are good opportunities available. EduRank puts this near #90 for Data Science in the United States. (https://yocket.com/universities/university-of-maryland-baltimore-county-2621 )
University of Houston is ranked #179 in National Universities, and for Data Science it ranks quite well around #69 in the United States (https://yocket.com/universities/university-of-houston-2617 ).
NEU Boston is ranked top 50 both nationally and for MSDS, but Silicon Valley isnt that well known of a branch. Sure the only major advantage it holds is its location being in California, you may find good opportunities but will face competition against high quality schools like UCs, USC, CalTech, CSU etc. (https://yocket.com/universities/northeastern-university-silicon-valley-3722 )

California is the highest paying amongst the states these unis belong to, but the other unis all would have Data Scientist job roles at 85-95k per year. Texas would hold an advantage here due to its low cost of living when compared to the other unis, so I think that could be the best option for you, since it is an above average uni in the nation, and it has a good Data Science reputation as well.
