Coursework and major is of utmost importance here. Check if you can take electives related to your domain of interest to fulfill your goals and which school allows you to do that.

GMU is a good school for Data Analytics with a good coursework and specializations to satisfy your goals. Alumni network is also good. Better overall rankings and reputation compared to UMBC.

After GMU the next best option is UMBC. Again its a good school. So consider all factors and make a decision.

GMU will provide you a better overall experience, academics followed by UMBC.

Avoid UNT, visa acceptance rate is poor.
