Which masters is relevant for career in Product management

I have recently graduated (BBA) and currently working as an associate PM at an early-stage startup. I was planning my masters probably in US but am confused that what masters would be better for getting into a product role. My research says MS in MIS, MEM or even HCI can help get into this role. MS in CS is obviously an option but considering my background what courses shall I apply to....
