Generally you pursue VLSI related electives and research as well when you are in your Masters in electronics. I would suggest this path rather than looking into a masters that covers only a VLSI degree (i doubt it even exists). This way you can make yourself a good candidate for many Electronics systems, Embedded systems and Mechatronics related jobs which are in abundance in Germany!
Top companies recruiting students and their average salaries will vary university to university, but you can expect a good amount for Electronics related jobs as these are booming industries in a country like Germany.
