What are my chances of getting into National University of Singapore (NUS) or Nayang Technological University (NTU) for MSc in electrical and computer engineering?

CGPA: 9.0 (Pune University) BE E&TC
IELTS 7.5
2 research projects
1 international paper publication
Decent SOP and LORs

PS: Haven't opted for GRE as it isn't mandatory for MSc Coursework in both the institutes
