University suggestion for MS in CS in US or Canada

My profile: Bachelor in Computer Science - CGPA: 3.56 out of 4 Journal Publication: 1 IELTS: 6.5 (6, 6, 6, S:7) GRE: 289 (V:141, Q: 148, AWS: 3) Work Experience: 20 months as a software engineer in Japan. Guys, can you suggest some safe universities where I might get full or 50% funding with this profile?
