Admit Finalisation

University for Masters in CS

I want to pursue Masters in CS and have got admits from University College Dublin - Ireland and Portland State University - US. I know both are completely different countries but could someone tell me which one should I go for? While UCD has an amazing ranking, US has its own perks. Any advice will be appreciated, thanks.
