I prepared to do masters in usa  please suggest some best universities for CS and my scores are GRE : 310 , Duolingo : 110,. and CGPA : 7.53.

Karasala, your CGPA and GRE is decent enough, though it would been great if you had opted for IELTS/TOEFL instead of Duolingo as Universities perfer the former.
