Realistic chances for a Fully Funded PhD in CS (Europe / UK / Schengen)?

Hi everyone,
I am planning to apply for a fully funded PhD in Computer Science / AI across European and UK universities, but as I rely entirely on a fellowship to fund my studies, I want an honest assessment of my profile and positioning:
Academic & Technical Profile:
MCA (2025): 9.38 CGPA
BCA (2023): 9.18 CGPA (Gold Medalist & Batch Topper)
Industry Experience: 14+ months full-time software engineering across 2 companies + 3 months across 2 tech internships.
Achievements: Competed in IndiaSkills 2024 (Cybersecurity national circuit / WorldSkills pathway).
Focus Areas: Applied AI/ML, and Core CS.

I would really appreciate any direct feedback, experiences, or recommendations!
