Please help me to find university who give scholarships program for undergraduate students

Can anyone help me to find university who give scholarships for international students for undergraduate program and I haven't English proficiency test but I have English proficiency letter from my school, and please help me to find fully funded or partially funded scholarships program, I have good grades

Adelphi university or rider university in usa gives the bestest scholarship... but you have to give english proficiency test either its duolingo or ielts I prefer go for duolingo as it's easy to score and the results gets in 2 days
