Need help with the official sponsor statement?

So, I have been trying to contact the university on this issue but till now, I got no response. For the I-20 form, they need a bank statement and an official sponsor statement. But I don't know whether this official sponsor statement will be provided by the university or do I have to write it myself?

Maybe they're asking for affidavit of support from sponsor? Your sponsor has to sign on a bond paper. See more
