My utd application status is "awaiting documents" from the very next day i set up my galaxy account.

My utd application status is "awaiting documents" from the very next day i set up my galaxy account. I checked it again that my docs ware uploaded properly. I submitted my app on 28 january. Still no updates. Is "awaiting docs" is common or m i d only one who had this problem?
