My GRE score 299. ( v - 140, q - 159).. TOEFL yet to publish. Have 4 yrs professional experience. I'

My GRE score 299. ( v - 140, q - 159).. TOEFL yet to publish. Have 4 yrs professional experience. I'm bit worried about this score. Can anyone tell me how much probability is there to get an admission in graduate program..??.. I'll apply for M.arch and have shortlisted 7 universities.
1. UT Austin
2. Texas A&M university
2. University of Houston
4. Arizona State University
5. University of Washington
6. University of Maryland
7. University of Wyoming
and can anyone suggest me any public university good at architecture but doesn't consider GRE as mandatory..??
