MS in MIS

Question

Can you suggest me A,B and C category universities for MS in mis.  
    
  I dint give IELTS or GRE yet.  
  I finished my bachelors in commerce ( computers) from Osmania university with 74%.  
  Im CA-IPCC qualified with 3 and a half years of work experience in audit, tax and accounting.
