MS DS decision for spring intake - UB suny vs SJSU. What should I prefer?

I got my admit from UB suny for Masters in Engineering science - data science, with the scholarship amount of $4,000.

Now confused between the two options. Should I wait for SJSU’s decision which might take months together or go ahead with UB?. Keeping in mind it’s for the spring intake.

Keeping all the factors in mind what would you suggest?
