Hello Mohana,
This was the same question we thought of when we were planning to come to USA. But it turns out India is always the best. I wouldn't discourage you by this statement. But as of now people only share the knowledge of it is as a masters student how they struggle for money and do a lot of work. But not many of them will specify the visa issues that every student faces which is the hardest side. How much money is going into it, you need money for your emergency. If your someone who works hard like most of the students then its definitely going to be roller coaster ride. But to answer to your question, Is USA safe for a student applying for Fall of 2025 cannot be predicted. Cause the same was with 2024 who had mentioned the US market would get better but then table turns and when you see its get even more worse. I would advice all the students who want to plan their master to do get as much experience possible and PLAN FOR THEIR MASTERS, which is a tough thing I know. But this is better than anything else. So, last but not the least take a wise option. You have to decide that because at the end of the day its you who is going to repay or pay the fees. All the Best!

Don't know about how will the market be in 2025 but now it's worse also you should ask this question to Trump, he's the one going to decide the fate of international students. anyway this fall it's a bad call but if you got accepted in top 100 college (qs rankings) you can go to US!
