Is there any country to support childcare for a phd student ?

Hi,
I have completed my BS Optometry from best college in Hyderabad. I have 5 years of work experience in research and I have 13 publications too.
Now I have 7 months kid and wanted to apply for PhD in any of the countries ( US, UK, Canada, Australia). I have no clue how to deal with my child and education. Will any of the countries allow 1 year child along with student (mom)?
Will any of the universities have day care too for students kids?
Kindly someone throw light on my quieries. So that I can plan my carrier.
