I have applied in GMU and they require WES and i don’t have it so is it okay if I courier them my academic transcript?

Hello Krishna, Most students don't paybfor WES. So, applying for a university that requires Wes is a good choice if you have WES. In your case I recommend you take WES authorisation of your transcripts if you have got time and money if not send them your transcripts but it's upto the university to accept or reject them.
