I have a CGPA of 2.88/4 in my undergraduate degree in Metallurgical & Materials Engineer ing and a CGPA of 2.94/4 in my masters in the same course. Also a GRE score of 296(Q-148,V-148) and TOEFL(89/120). Is it advisable to do another Masters or apply for PhD since I am interested in research? Furthermore, which schools in USA or Canada would I likely be admitted.
