If you're looking for Spring 2023, the majority of the colleges have already been closed. Portland State University and San Jose State University are still accepting applications, nevertheless. In addition, these institutions are well-known for VLSI.

Consider submitting an application to North Carolina State University, Texas A&M, University of Southern California, Arizona State University, and the two universities I mentioned above if you're seeking for FALL 2023.
